Board of Directors

The ASCY Board operates under a results-based, policy governance model. This model takes the approach that the Board’s job of governing emphasizes values, vision, empowerment of both Board and staff and the strategic ability to lead. It is a collaborative partnership between the Board and Executive Director with a focus on vision, strategic planning and agency governance.

Board Membership

The Board of Directors at ASCY consists of members from diverse backgrounds including Social Services, Education, Health, Finance and Children’s Services.
