Élaborer, mettre en oeuvre et évaluer les programme pédagogique selon le cadre de l’apprentissage de la petite enfants de l’Ontario
Offrir du mentorat, du soutien et de la formation continue aux éducatrice
Collaborer avec la direction pour améliorer la qualité des services éducatifs
Favoriser un environement inclusif, sécuritaire et axé sur le bien-être et l’appartenance des enfants
Maintenir des relations positives avec les familles et membres de la communauté de garderie

Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators, Ontario, Knowledge of Ontario’s pedagogy, “How Does Learning Happen?” and the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), Standard First Aid and CPR “C”, Current Vulnerable Sector Check, Work as a member of a team, Doctor Certified Health Assessment and up to date in immunization, TB Test, Willingness to participate in: Staff Meetings, Professional Learning opportunities, etc.
